How It Works

Step 1: Shop at the Rewards Hub
Purchase eligible packages through the Moonlit Oath Rewards Hub.
Step 2: Earn R-Points
Each eligible purchase rewards you with R-Points. The amount earned varies depending on the package purchased.
Step 3: Visit the VIP Redemption Shop
Open the VIP Redemption Shop from the Rewards Hub.
Step 4: Redeem Your Rewards
Exchange your R-Points for exclusive items, including the limited Golden Plume Fashion and many more rewards.

The shop went live on 6 August 2026.
Q3. Who can access the VIP Redemption Shop?
Any player who has made eligible purchases on The Moonlit Oath Rewards Hub and has an R-Point balance can access the Redemption Shop. You will also need to have an existing The Moonlit Oath character.

Q4. What are R-Points?
R-Points are a loyalty currency awarded when you make eligible purchases on The Moonlit Oath Rewards Hub. You can then spend R-Points in the VIP Redemption Shop to claim in-game items.
Q5. How do I earn R-Points?
R-Points are automatically credited after a successful eligible purchase on The Moonlit Oath Rewards Hub. No extra steps are required — simply complete your purchase and your balance will be updated.
Q6. How many R-Points do I earn per purchase?
R-Points earned per purchase differ based on the value of packages on The Moonlit Oath Rewards Hub. You will be able to view the R-Points earned per purchase before checking out.
Q7. Which purchases are eligible for R-Points?
Eligible packages purchased on The Moonlit Oath Rewards Hub qualify for R-Points. Packages that detail the number of R-Points earned are eligible packages. R-Points are credited after a successful transaction is confirmed.

Q8. How do I access the Redemption Shop?
The Redemption Shop can be accessed here. Sign in to your RGS Account binded to The Moonlit Oath. Once signed in, you will be able to select your game server and character and browse the available reward catalogue.
Q9. How do I exchange my R-Points?
Redemption is a three-step process:
Sign in — Log in to your The Moonlit Oath account and select your game server and character.
Choose a reward — Browse the catalogue and select the item you want.
Checkout — Confirm your order. R-Points are deducted from your balance instantly, and the reward is sent to your account via in-game mail.
Q10. Do I need to select a character or server when redeeming?
Yes. You will need to select the character and server that should receive the reward before checkout.
Q11. Can I see my R-Point balance and redemption history?
Yes. Your current R-Point balance and past redemption history are both visible within the Redemption Shop.

The launch catalogue includes a range of progression resources, stamina, summon materials, and collectibles. Head to the Redemption Shop for the full list of rewards.
Q13. Are there limits on how many items I can redeem?
Yes. Each item in the Redemption Shop has a redemption limit shown in the catalogue.
R-Point Expiry
Q14. Do R-Points expire?
Yes. R-Points remain valid for one year from when they were earned, expiring on the last day of the calendar quarter one year later.
Example: R-Points earned in January–March 2025 (Q1 2025) will expire on 31 March 2026.

No. R-Points in the VIP Redemption Shop are earned exclusively through eligible purchases on The Moonlit Oath Rewards Hub and can only be redeemed in The Moonlit Oath Redemption Shop.
Q16. Can I transfer R-Points to another account?
No. R-Points are non-transferable and are tied to the account used to make the original Rewards Hub purchase.
Q17. Can I exchange R-Points for cash or other currencies?
No. R-Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency, gift cards, or any other form of monetary value. They can only be spent within the VIP Redemption Shop.
